Need help with Huspr?

We're a small team based in Dubai. Drop us a line and we usually reply within 2 hours during UAE business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9am–6pm Gulf Standard Time, GMT+4).

Common questions

How do I sign in?

We support Microsoft, Apple, and Google sign-in. On iPhone, "Continue with Apple" uses Face ID or Touch ID directly. There are no Huspr-specific passwords to remember.

I forgot which email I used.

Try each of Microsoft, Apple, and Google in turn. Whichever was used first will sign you straight in; the others will offer to create a new account.

I need to delete my account.

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. We'll remove your account and your data within 30 days. If you can't reach the in-app option, email privacy@huspr.com from your registered email address.

How do I leave a household?

Profile → Households → choose the household → Leave. If you're the only owner, transfer ownership to another member first.

I want to export my data.

Profile → Settings → Export my data. We'll email you a machine-readable export of everything you've created within 24 hours.

Push notifications aren't arriving.

  1. Check your device Settings → Notifications → Huspr → "Allow Notifications" is on.
  2. Inside Huspr: Profile → Notifications is enabled.
  3. Make sure you're not in Focus / Do Not Disturb.
  4. Still no joy? Email support@huspr.com with the time you expected a notification and we'll trace it.

My voice notes aren't transcribing.

Check that you've granted the microphone permission. Voice transcription needs an internet connection — it doesn't work offline.

Something else?

Email support@huspr.com and include your registered email address, device model and OS version, app version (Profile → About), and a description of what you tried and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
