1. The Freshest MLS listings available to the public.  Just click on the "MLS Search" button to the left.  Most Realtor web sites are updated at most once each night.  Our web site gives you results directly from Metrolist and is updated throughout the day. 

2. More choices when creating your Listing Alerts!  Looking for single story homes?  One with a swimming pool?  Only interested in a particular floor plan in a subdivision?  We can do that!  Just select the "Listing Alerts Request" to the left and fill out a quick form, we will take care of the rest.

3. Learn about financing options and get pre-approved for your loan!  Smart buyers get pre-approved for their financing before they start looking so that they can get a quick pre-approval letter to submit with an offer when they find a great deal.  Click on the Loan Pre-Approval button to contact a great loan broker who will help you get the best financing for you home purchase.

Curious about how much your current home is worth?  Click on the "What's My Home Worth?" button.  There are several automated home valuation tools available for you to use, and if you are really serious about selling we can prepare a Comparative Market Analysis of your home using recently sold homes in your neighborhood.
